As a specialist in Internal Medicine, Dr. Kasimati cares for patients with a variety of chronic medical conditions. His passion for practicing medicine is fueled by the opportunity to connect with people, understand their needs and apply his skills to help them.

Dr. Kasimati graduated from University of Tirana “Mother Theresa” Medical school within the top percentile, and continued his training in the US where he completed his residency program at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, NY. He also served there as Chief Resident. He has been practicing as a hospitalist for the last 2 decades, and in addition to his 3D Medical Concierge practice, also enjoys teaching Physician’s Desk Reference (medication prescribing) courses to Harvard Medical students.

Thaleia Stampoulidou-Rocha, MPH

Thaleia joined our team in the summer of 2024. She brings almost 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including hands-on patient care and healthcare management. Thaleia has her BS and MPH from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. She specializes in coordinating patient care, managing practice operations, and leading public health initiatives.

As a dedicated and compassionate Practice Manager, Thaleia ensures that every patient receives the highest level of care while overseeing the smooth functioning of the practice. Her expertise includes facilitating specialty appointments, managing referrals, and supporting both patients and staff with warmth and professionalism. Outside of work, Thaleia enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new culinary experiences.

Haki Laho, MD

With over two decades of medical experience, Dr. Laho’s cohesive blend of knowledge in primary care, internal medicine, and critical care makes him uniquely suited to anyone’s healthcare needs. 

Dr. Laho graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tirana “Mother Theresa” Medical school, where he also trained in Anesthesiology and Critical Care. He continued his education in the US, completing his Internal Medicine Residency at BronxCare Health Systems, NY, NY. In addition to caring for patients at 3D Medical, he has been practicing as a hospitalist for 10 years.
