Pricing
The Immigration Medical Examination starting price is $370. It is dependent on the person’s vaccination / immunization record. $200 includes the medical exam and certification of the I-693 form and a copy. $170 includes mandatory lab tests for TB, gonorrhea, and/or syphilis.
In addition, titers for MMR and Varicella (these will test for immunity) may be required depending on the person’svaccination record.

Vaccines are also a separate cost from the $370. You are welcome to get vaccines from your PCP or local pharmacy with health insurance. If you would like to pay out-of-pocket for vaccines, we administer Hepatitis B, MMR, TD, and the Flu vaccines.
